- Reservations: Processing room bookings, handling special requests, and managing room availability.
- Check-in and Check-out: Welcoming guests, verifying identities, assigning rooms, processing payments, and resolving final bills.
- Guest Services: Acting as the central hub for inquiries, managing complaints, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Departmental Coordination: Communicating directly with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for incoming guests, and with maintenance to fix any issues quickly.
- Revenue Generation: Driving profitability by upselling premium rooms, promoting on-site dining, and securing add-ons
