Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. The candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding insurance claims, resolving claim denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze outstanding insurance claims.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status and payments.
- Investigate and resolve denied, rejected, or underpaid claims.
- Work on aging reports to reduce outstanding AR.
- Document all claim activities accurately in the billing system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and coding-related issues.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and client guidelines.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management.
- Ability to understand Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Remittance Advice (ERA).
- Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate.
- Candidates with Life Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Allied Health backgrounds are preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Physician Billing, Hospital Billing, or AR Calling.
- Knowledge of Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid insurance processes.
- Hands-on experience with healthcare billing software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹41,593.29 per month
