- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in maintaining and improving existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience with content management systems and their customization to meet specific project needs.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software defects efficiently while maintaining code quality.
- Understanding of software version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
