We are seeking a dedicated and Customer Care Manager (CCM) to join our team in the Audi Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
· Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across various channels (phone, email, social media).
· Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues and concerns.
· Oversee the customer care team, providing guidance and support as needed.
· Coordinate with internal departments to resolve technical and service-related issues.
· Track and analyse customer feedback to improve sales & service quality.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies.
· Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction are met consistently.
· Manage customer loyalty programs and handle customer escalations effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the automobile industry.
· Strong communication skills in Oriya, Hindi, and English.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with professionalism.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
· Knowledge of automobile products and services is a plus.
· Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
Pay: ₹11,831.45 - ₹45,000.00 per month
