Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and innovative AI Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and application development. The candidate will work on developing AI-powered solutions for Retail, POS, Supply Chain, Loyalty Management, Customer Engagement, and Business Automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) based applications using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
- Develop AI agents, chatbots, recommendation engines, and business automation workflows.
- Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
- Work with structured and unstructured business data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop APIs and integrate AI services into web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to identify AI use cases.
- Fine-tune prompts and optimize AI model performance.
- Participate in testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
Required Technical SkillsArtificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience working with LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, or open-source models.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI Agent development.
- Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.
- Familiarity with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.

- Experience building real-world AI applications, personal projects, or internships is highly desirable.
