Position Details
* Role: Service Technician
* Location: Pune
* Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
* Compensation: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 Net Take Home per month
Candidate Requirements
* Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
* Education: BE, Diploma, or Graduate (Electrical & Mechanical)
* Skills: Basic computer knowledge
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct monthly visits to assigned Channel Partners (CP) as per the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).
* Handle warranty adjudication and decision-making for batteries based on physical checks, adhering strictly to company policy and SOPs.
* Perform regular stock and FIFO checks at Channel Partner locations during site visits.
* Manage warranty orders and ensure monthly warranty billing is completed within the turnaround time (TAT).
* Meet with sales representatives, service partners, and top Retail Partners (RP) at every CP to build strong business relationships.
* Provide education and training at CP, RP, and mechanic levels to drive service awareness.
* Identify gap areas, analyze reasons for warranty increments, and develop methods to control overall warranty percentage.
* Support field sales teams (MSA, TSI, RSI) in appointing new service partners.
* Establish right business practices for warranty settlement within the assigned geography.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
