We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a reputed car showroom in Aluva, Desom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the facility, ensuring smooth operation of equipment, and supporting day-to-day maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of showroom facilities and equipment
- Inspect electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems regularly
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure all safety standards and procedures are followed
- Coordinate with external vendors when required
- Maintain records of maintenance work and schedules
Requirements:
- 2 to 7 years of experience in maintenance or a related role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to handle tools and equipment safely
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automobile showroom or similar environment
- Technical certification or diploma in maintenance-related field
