Position: Business Development Associates (BDA) (Field/Supply)
Location: Gurugram
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We are hiring Business Development Associates (BDA) for our supply-side real estate operations. This is a field-intensive role focused on on-ground engagement with Channel Partners (CPs) and property sellers. The BDA will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and converting seller opportunities, with final closures supported by the BDM.
- Conduct on-ground meetings with Channel Partners (CPs) and property sellers.
- Source seller leads through CP networks and direct seller interactions.
- Pitch company offerings and onboard sellers on the platform.
- Drive initial to mid-stage conversion and prepare deals for closure.
- Coordinate closely with the BDM for final negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CPs and sellers.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.
- Achieve assigned supply acquisition and conversion targets.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, supply acquisition, or field sales roles.
- Strong on-ground execution capability with comfort in frequent site visits.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-through.
- Prior exposure to Channel Partner–driven sales models is preferred.
Candidates from real estate brokerage, property aggregation, renting platforms, or developer sales.
Familiarity with Noida / Gurgaon micro-markets is a strong advantage.
