We are a growing consulting firm looking for a proactive and communicative individual who can connect with job seekers on LinkedIn and guide them through our services in a thoughtful and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with job seekers on LinkedIn through messages and conversations
- Understand candidates’ backgrounds, career goals, and job search challenges
- Present our services clearly and in a way that aligns with candidate needs
- Build rapport and gradually guide candidates toward enrollment
- Handle candidate questions and objections with clarity and confidence
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage daily outreach activities
- Stay organised and ensure smooth handling of the overall process
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to communicate persuasively while maintaining a helpful, consultative tone
- Comfortable engaging with candidates and addressing concerns or objections
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage daily tasks efficiently
- Willingness to work in night shift (US time zone)
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and follow processes
Preferred
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or client interaction roles is a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or similar professional platforms.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month.
- Incentives: Uncapped potential—Earn ₹2,000 for every successful lead conversion!
