Experience: 2–5 years in dairy
Roles
- Overall supervision of milk processing operations during the assigned shift
- Ensuring smooth production of milk and dairy products (e.g., pasteurized milk, curd,etc).
- Acting as the link between management and floor workers
- Maintaining product quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Handling manpower, machinery, and shift-wise reporting.
Production Management
- Monitor milk reception, pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging
- Ensure production targets are achieved within time
- Control process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate)
- Minimize wastage and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Equipment & Maintenance
- Ensure proper functioning of machines (pasteurizers, chillers, packing machines)
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain shift production reports and logs
- Record milk intake, output, wastage, and downtime
- Report daily performance to plant manager
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safety protocols are followed
- Maintain clean and hygienic working conditions
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Report breakdowns immediately to maintenance team
- Ensure proper CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) procedures.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of dairy processing systems
- Understanding of food safety standards (FSSAI)
- Leadership and team management
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting systems)
Additional Preferred :
- Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts)
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to handle pressure during peak production
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
