As a UI/UX Designer at Webority Technologies, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive digital experiences that delight users and drive engagement.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture diagrams.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
- Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch with experience in prototyping and interaction design.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approach.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and design handoff workflows.
- Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
