Job Title: Junior Estimation Engineer (freshers preferred)

Job Summary
The Junior Estimation Engineer is responsible for assisting in the preparation of accurate cost estimates and tender documents for interior fit-out projects. The role involves quantity take-offs, vendor coordination, BOQ preparation, and supporting the estimation team in submitting competitive and timely proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural and MEP drawings.
- Assist in preparing BOQs and cost estimates for projects.
- Collect and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, and Project teams for technical and commercial inputs.
- Maintain estimation records, rate analysis, and cost databases.
- Review project specifications and tender documents.
- Support in preparing tender submissions within the stipulated deadlines.
- Update material rates and market price information regularly.
- Perform other estimation-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 0–2 years of experience in estimation, preferably in interior fit-out or construction.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
