We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions across ongoing projects, generating site visits, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Interact with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Generate and schedule site visits for prospective customers.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in CRM systems.
- Provide project-related information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Support marketing and sales campaigns by engaging with prospective customers.
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer support, or real estate sales will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
