We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Engineer with a keen interest in laptop hardware to join our support team. The trainee will be responsible for assisting in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing laptop hardware issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptop hardware.
Perform basic troubleshooting of laptops including RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, display, and battery-related issues.
Support senior engineers in component replacement and hardware repairs.
Document issues, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.
Learn and follow company processes, escalation matrix, and turnaround time (TAT) for hardware support.
Provide basic technical support to users regarding laptop performance and upgrades.
Ensure proper handling of spares, tools, and equipment.
Diploma / Graduate in IT, Electronics, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
Basic knowledge of laptop hardware components.
Understanding of operating systems installation (Windows/Linux) will be an added advantage.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
0–1 year (Fresher / Entry-level)
Internship or practical exposure in laptop hardware repair will be an advantage.
