We are looking for a customer-focused Travel Consultant with experience in international and domestic travel services. The role includes handling visa processing, flight ticketing, holiday packages, and B2B travel requirements, while providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2B travel inquiries via calls, emails, and online channels.
- Assist with international and domestic flight ticketing, visa processing, holiday packages, and other travel services.
- Reactivate inactive travel agents, onboard new agents, and maintain strong relationships with existing agent partners.
- Build and grow the B2B agent network to generate business.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations based on client requirements.
- Achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into bookings.
- Guide clients on visa requirements, travel documentation, and destination regulations.
- Maintain accurate booking, agent, and customer records in the CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in travel consulting, visa processing, ticketing, and holiday packages, with B2B travel experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of international and domestic travel products and destinations.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel reservation/booking systems is an advantage.
