ImpactOps – Company Secretary (CS) Intern Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
About the Role:EQUIPPP Social Impact Technologies Limited is looking for enthusiastic Company Secretary (CS) Interns who are eager to gain practical experience in corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial work. This internship provides an opportunity to work with Section 8 companies, trusts, societies, and CSR foundations while learning from experienced professionals Key Responsibilities Assist in the incorporation and registration of Section 8 companies, trusts, and societies,Support the preparation of board meeting agendas, notices, resolutions, and minutes, Maintain statutory registers and corporate records,Assist with MCA filings and other regulatory compliance activities, Support documentation for 12A, 80G, CSR, FCRA, and other statutory requirements,Maintain compliance calendars and filing trackers,Work closely with the ImpactOps Lead on governance and compliance projects.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing the Company Secretary (Executive or Professional Programme) and eligible for internship/training.
- Basic knowledge of the Companies Act and corporate governance.
- Familiarity with MCA filings and statutory documentation is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Interest in the social impact or non-profit sector is an added advantage.
