Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead our ERP implementation projects from initiation to successful completion. As an ERP Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of ERP project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ERP solutions that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, initiation, execution, and closure of ERP implementation projects.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timeline in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Allocate resources and coordinate activities across functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, testers, and business users.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and communications with stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and foster positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementation projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering ERP projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
