Job Summary
The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen the hospital's referral network, enhance brand visibility, and drive patient acquisition through doctors, clinics, corporate organizations, TPAs, insurance companies, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare partners. The role focuses on building relationships, executing promotional activities, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans to increase hospital referrals and patient footfall.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare partners.
- Coordinate hospital promotional campaigns, health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Promote hospital specialties, services, and healthcare packages to referral sources.
Brand Promotion
- Ensure consistent hospital branding across all marketing materials.
- Coordinate the distribution of brochures, leaflets, standees, and promotional materials.
- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing medical conferences, CME programs, and healthcare events.
Corporate Relations
- Develop relationships with corporates for employee health check-up programs and healthcare tie-ups.
- Coordinate meetings with HR departments and corporate decision-makers.
- Promote occupational health services and corporate wellness packages.
Referral Network Management
- Maintain an updated database of referral doctors and business partners.
- Track referral trends and analyze business generation sources.
- Conduct regular visits to referral partners and stakeholders.
- Address partner concerns and ensure excellent relationship management.
Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and healthcare market trends.
- Collect feedback from patients, doctors, and business associates.
- Prepare market intelligence reports and growth recommendations.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI metrics.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Maintain records of marketing visits, events, and business leads.
- Generate referral and revenue performance reports.
- Support management with marketing analytics and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
