We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Human Resource to support and manage core HR functions. The role involves recruitment, employee data management, coordination of HR activities, and assisting in daily HR operations to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Organize and maintain employee documentation and office filing systems
- Assist in office administration and front office coordination
- Post job openings on various platforms and drive hiring activities
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
