Position: Labour / Helper – Biomining Project
Department: Operations
Location: Biomining & Legacy Waste Processing Site
Job Summary
The Labour/Helper is responsible for assisting in biomining and legacy waste remediation activities, including waste segregation, material handling, loading/unloading, screening support, housekeeping, and site maintenance. The role is essential for ensuring smooth plant operations and achieving project productivity targets safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in excavation and handling of legacy waste materials.
- Perform manual segregation of recyclables, RDF, inerts, and other recovered materials.
- Support loading and unloading operations of vehicles and machinery.
- Assist operators of trommels, conveyors, shredders, and screening equipment.
- Collect and transfer segregated materials to designated storage areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and machine operators.
- Use PPE (helmet, gloves, safety shoes, mask, reflective jacket) at all times.
- Assist in controlling dust, litter, and environmental impacts on-site.
- Report unsafe conditions, accidents, or equipment issues immediately.
- Support daily operational activities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Literate / 5th Pass / 8th Pass.
- Prior experience in waste management, construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Freshers willing to work in field operations may also apply.

Salary
As per company policy and local statutory norms.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹40,018.92 per month
