Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced SSC, RRB & Banking Trainer to prepare students for competitive examinations such as SSC (CGL, CHSL, MTS, CPO), RRB (NTPC, Group D, JE, ALP), and Banking (IBPS, SBI, RBI) exams. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to mentor students for success in competitive examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training for SSC, RRB, and Banking exam aspirants.
- Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, English Language, General Awareness, Current Affairs, and related subjects based on expertise.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, class notes, question banks, and mock tests.
- Conduct regular assessments, revision sessions, and doubt-clearing classes.
- Evaluate student performance and provide individual mentoring and feedback.
- Teach problem-solving techniques, shortcut methods, and time management strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest exam syllabus, pattern, and current affairs.
- Develop high-quality practice questions and model test papers.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and student outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates who have appeared for or cleared SSC, RRB, Banking, or other competitive examinations are preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SSC, RRB, and Banking exam syllabus and pattern.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
- Strong analytical, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms.
