Job description
We are seeking a skilled Zoho Application Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of Zoho applications for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with the Zoho ecosystem, a strong business process understanding, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Own end-to-end Zoho implementation — from requirement gathering to go-live and post-launch support
· Analyse client business processes and design effective automation solutions using Zoho applications
· Implement and customise Zoho CRM, ERP, Books, Creator, Projects, Desk, People, and Inventory
· Build workflows, blueprints, custom functions using Deluge scripting and automation rules
· Integrate Zoho with third-party applications via REST APIs and native connectors
· Conduct client training sessions and maintain clear solution documentation
· Track project timelines proactively, ensuring on-time and quality delivery
Requirements
· Proven hands-on experience across multiple Zoho applications (more than 4 years experience)
· Strong Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator skills
· Solid understanding of core business processes — Sales, Finance, HR, and Customer Support
· Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
· Zoho certification is a plus, not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
