Job Summary:
A Real Estate Sales Representative assists clients in buying, selling, and renting residential, commercial, or industrial properties. They provide market insights, negotiate transactions, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the real estate process while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, marketing, and prospecting activities.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Conduct property showings and open houses.
- Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate client records and transaction documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry professionals.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Achieve sales targets and business development goals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
