Core Roles and Responsibilities
- Staff Leadership & Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating front desk staff (receptionists, schedulers) to meet company standards.
- Patient Flow Management: Optimizing check-in/check-out processes to minimize wait times, managing appointment scheduling, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Administrative & Clinical Coordination: Acting as a liaison between patients and medical staff, ensuring patient records are updated and maintaining strict confidentiality .
- Financial & Insurance Operations: Verifying patient , collecting payments, and assisting with billing queries.
- Patient Experience & Resolution: Managing patient satisfaction, addressing complaints professionally, and creating a welcoming environment.
- Office Administration: Overseeing the purchase of office supplies, managing incoming phone calls, and maintaining the cleanliness/ organization of the waiting area.
- Daily talley report , weekly report and monthly report to be submitted.

- Problem-Solving: Decisiveness in solving unexpected operational issues, such as system outages or insurance disputes.
Pay: ₹20,631.62 - ₹30,933.71 per month
