Salary Range: ₹2 - ₹3 LPA
Education: ITI / Diploma in ITI Fitter trade certification (Fitter / Mechanical),degree/diploma from a recognized technical institute.

Job Summary: We are looking for skilled ITI Fitters with 1–3 years of experience in machine assembly, fabrication support, and precision fitting work. Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with tools, mechanical assemblies, and interpreting technical drawings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical fitting, assembly, and sub-assembly of robotic machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly diagrams, and measurements.
- Carry out drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, filing, and alignment work.
- Assist in prototype builds, machine installation, and testing.
- Handle measuring instruments like vernier callipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
- Ensure all assemblies meet tolerance, alignment & quality requirements.
- Support engineers during modifications, rework, troubleshooting.
- Maintain tools, follow safety protocols, and keep the workstation organized.
Mandatory Skills:
- ITI / Diploma in ITI Fitter trade certification (Fitter / Mechanical),degree/diploma from a recognized technical institute.
- 1–3 years hands-on experience in machine assembly or fabrication.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings & BOM.
- Strong knowledge of tools: spanners, torque wrenches, drilling machines, grinders, etc.
- Basic welding or fabrication knowledge is a plus (not mandatory).
- Understanding of safety, quality standards, and precision work.
- Ability to work with engineers in a fast-paced environment.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with automation projects, preferably in food automation, industrial automation, or robotics.
- Knowledge of electromechanical components and basic electrical systems (e.g., sensors, wiring, multimeter usage).
- Familiarity with integration and troubleshooting of automated systems.
