Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Dedicated Leased Lines , business broadband and internet services to residential and sme. The role involves direct customer interaction, lead generation, and closing sales in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, references, and local area mapping
- Promote company’s broadband, leased line, and digital services to potential customers
- Conduct door-to-door sales and corporate visits
- Explain product features, pricing plans, and benefits to customers
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical team for timely installation and service delivery
- Maintain customer database and update sales reports regularly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of internet/broadband/ILL services (preferred)
- Ability to work in field and meet daily targets
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Education:
- Minimum: Intermediate / Graduate (any stream preferred)
