Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing and supporting various software products and configured services across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth operation within established processes. The practitioner addresses hardware and software issues at the operating system level, covering server and network components, and supports specific software solutions and vendors. Tasks include performing first and second level troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges, both remotely and onsite, while maintaining system stability and availability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure seamless service delivery and incident resolution.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to minimize downtime.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- Experience in managing database backups, restores, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning and optimization of SQL Server instances.
- Familiarity with security management, including user roles and permissions within SQL Server.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently.
- Experience with automation and scripting to streamline database administration tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
