TERRITORY SALES IN-CHARGE (TSI)
Experience: 1–5 Years
Reporting To: Sales Officer
Location: [Chittoor]
Role Objective:
Drive secondary sales, outlet coverage, and beat execution within the assigned territory.
Key KPIs:
● Outlet visits: 40/day
● Productive calls: ≥ 65%
● Lines per Call (LPC): ≥ 2.5
● Secondary sales: Daily & monthly targets of Secondary
● MSL compliance: ≥ 80%
● Beat adherence: 100% GPS-based
● New outlets added: 10–20/month
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution
● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly secondary sales targets
● Ensure billing from assigned outlets
Distributor Coordination
● Work with distributors for stock availability
● Support primary order planning
Market Expansion
● Add new outlets and increase market coverage
● Improve visibility and brand presence
Retail & Scheme Execution
● Ensure scheme communication and implementation
● Monitor competitor activities
● Adherence to submit Feedback form
Reporting & Discipline
● Daily reporting via app
● Strict adherence to beat plan and working hours
Systems:
● Mandatory: SFA systems
● GPS tracking + real-time activity monitoring
Qualification:
● Minimum: 12th / Graduate
● FMCG experience mandatory
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
