Job Summary
The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and coordination activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to hospital HR practices, compliance, and workforce management.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
Employee Data & Documentation
- Maintain employee records (joining forms, KYC, contracts)
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Update HRMIS / Excel databases regularly
HR Operations
- Assist in attendance tracking and leave management
- Support payroll inputs (basic data collection)
- Help in maintaining HR policies and documentation
Employee Engagement
- Support planning and execution of engagement activities
- Assist in internal communication and notices
- Participate in organizing events, trainings, and awareness programs
Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure proper filing and documentation as per HR standards
- Assist in audits and HR compliance activities (basic level)
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / Graduate in HR or related field
- Strong interest in HR and people management
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Preferred Profile
- Prior internship or project experience in HR
- Interest in healthcare/hospital HR operations
