Key Responsibilities:
Operational Coordination
- Support day-to-day operations by collaborating with Operations, Purchase, HR, Finance, and
Sales/Marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Follow up on action items before and after review meetings, including agenda preparation, tracking Minutes of Meeting (MOMs), and monitoring completion of assigned tasks.
Strategic Operations
- Drive the end-to-end execution of high-priority operational projects across all plants.
- Identify inefficiencies in operations and supply chain workflows and recommend improvements.
- Partner with functional heads (Operations, Logistics, Procurement, etc.) to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals.
Liaison with External Agencies
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Executive Director and external stakeholders, including vendors, consultants, government authorities, and service providers.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key external partners.
Compliance Tracking
- Maintain a calendar of statutory compliance deadlines and proactively notify senior management of upcoming due dates.
- Coordinate with the Compliance team to obtain updates, approvals, and timely completion of compliance-related activities.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure pending compliance tasks are completed on time.
Market Intelligence & Business Strategy
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.
Travel Management
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa support (where applicable), local transportation, and detailed travel itineraries.
Meeting Management
- Organize review meetings by preparing agendas, recording Minutes of Meeting (MOMs), tracking action items, and ensuring timely closure of deliverables. MIS Reporting
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for senior management.
Administrative Support
- Maintain confidential executive records, files, and documentation with the highest level of discretion.
- Manage registrations for national and international conferences, workshops, seminars, and industry events.
- Handle executive correspondence and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Guest Hospitality
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for domestic and international guests visiting the organization.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
