About the Role
We are hiring two Senior Full Stack Engineers to anchor the engineering of our technology platform. These are high-ownership roles for engineers who have built and shipped real products to real users — and who want the responsibility of owning a product surface end to end rather than working a ticket queue.
You will design, build, and operate production systems used at scale, working within a modern, well-architected platform and a disciplined dev-to-production delivery pipeline. You will be part of a small, senior engineering core where your decisions carry weight and your work ships.
What You'll Do
- Own a product or platform domain end to end — from design through production and iteration.
- Build full stack features across backend services and frontend interfaces, with a high bar for quality, performance, and security.
- Design and implement APIs, data models, and service boundaries that hold up as the platform grows.
- Work with authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant architecture in production systems.
- Ship through a structured dev → test → production pipeline with automated testing and code review.
- Make and document architectural decisions, and reason through tradeoffs rather than defaulting to dogma.
- Collaborate closely with a lean, senior team that uses modern AI-assisted engineering workflows.
What We're Looking For
- **5+ years** of full stack engineering experience, with a demonstrable track record of **shipping products to real users** — not just contributing fragments of large systems.
- Strong command of a modern backend stack (e.g. Node.js / Python / Go) and a modern frontend framework (e.g. React / Next.js / TypeScript).
- Solid experience with relational and/or document databases, data modelling, and writing systems that scale.
- Hands-on experience with **authentication, authorization (RBAC), and multi-tenant SaaS architecture** in production.
- Comfort with API design, event-driven patterns, and clean service boundaries.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, automated testing, and production deployment.
- An ownership mindset: you've felt the consequences of your own architectural decisions — including the ones that broke — and learned from them.
- Clear written communication. You document what you build and why.
Bonus Points
- Experience as an early engineer at a startup or as an independent builder who has taken products from zero to launch.
- Experience building or operating SaaS platforms, identity systems, or multi-tenant products.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted / agentic development workflows and modern developer tooling.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized deployment.

This is not a role for someone who needs a detailed spec handed to them, or who has only ever owned a small slice of someone else's system. We are looking for builders who take initiative, own outcomes, and raise the bar for everyone around them.
