Key Responsibilities:
- Drive property sales through lead generation, site visits, and client conversion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer experience
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in sales or relationship management (real estate preferred)
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Pay: ₹9,768.47 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hubli, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
