Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete accounting function, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor project-wise accounting, cost allocation, and budget control.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments, customer receipts, and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances, ensuring timely filing of returns.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and government authorities during audits and inspections.
- Monitor cash flow, prepare financial forecasts, and support budget planning.
- Verify payroll-related accounting entries and ensure proper reconciliation.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee asset accounting.
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making by providing accurate reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and internal controls are maintained across all financial transactions.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance.
- M.Com,, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, ERP, Busy, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in project accounting and cost management is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
