DNA Core Venture LLP operates a Zepto quick-commerce dark store in the Ravet/Pradhikaran area of PCMC, Pune. We are hiring energetic and reliable Picker & Packer staff to join our warehouse operations team on an immediate basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick products accurately from shelves as per order requirements
- Pack orders carefully and label them correctly for delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
- Ensure inventory is stacked and arranged properly
- Meet daily order fulfilment targets within assigned shift
Shifts Available:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Basic reading ability (product labels, order slips)
- Punctual, honest, and hardworking
- Prior warehouse/dark store/e-commerce experience preferred but not mandatory
- Local candidates from Ravet, Akurdi, Nigdi, Pimple Saudagar preferred
