Responsible for end-to-end management of GLP-compliant EFM studies (hydrolysis, photolysis, adsorption–desorption, leaching, soil metabolism), including protocol/report preparation as per OECD/EPA/EFSA/REACH/SANTE guidelines, test system procurement, study planning and scheduling, data analysis and interpretation, troubleshooting, SOP development, cost and timeline management, operation of HPLC/LC-MS/GC-MS, audit readiness, cross-functional coordination, sponsor communication, and training of junior scientists.
