Location: Bengaluru, India
Engagement: Interim Executive (4–6 Months)
Industry Type: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing
About the Opportunity
Board Match-Up is partnering with a global industrial technology company that delivers mission-critical engineering solutions to the cement, steel, power, and process industries. The business specializes in project-based solutions across weighing, feeding, conveying, milling, and intelligent process technologies, serving some of the world’s leading industrial customers.
The company is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer to work closely with the CEO and leadership team during a critical phase of business execution. This is a hands-on executive mandate requiring a finance leader who can provide strategic oversight while actively supporting commercial, project, and operational decision-making.
This opportunity is particularly suited for senior finance executives who have had successful careers in multinational industrial organizations and are now pursuing interim or fractional leadership assignments.
Over the next 4–6 months, the Interim CFO will strengthen financial performance, improve project profitability visibility, and support leadership in driving disciplined execution across a project-driven industrial business.
The role combines strategic finance, business partnering, commercial insight, and operational rigor rather than routine financial controllership alone.
