Workshop Manager – Yamaha Service Center
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Workshop Manager to oversee operations at our Yamaha service workshop. The ideal candidate will manage service processes, lead technicians and staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete workshop operations including job cards, service flow, and delivery
- Supervise and guide mechanics, supervisors, and service advisors
- Ensure timely service and delivery of vehicles
- Monitor daily workshop performance and productivity
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution
- Maintain service quality standards as per company guidelines
- Coordinate with spare parts team for availability and inventory control
- Ensure proper job card management and billing accuracy
- Track repeat complaints and work on resolution improvement
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the workshop
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–6 years experience in automobile workshop / service center
- Strong technical knowledge of two-wheelers (Yamaha preferred)
- Experience in handling mechanics and workshop staff
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage pressure and ensure timely delivery
Preferred:
- Experience in Yamaha dealership workshop
- Knowledge of job card systems, service KPIs, and customer handling
- Understanding of NPS / customer satisfaction processes
