A Field Recruiter for delivery personnel (riders) is responsible for driving the high-volume sourcing, onboarding, and training of last-mile delivery staff. They operate in the field to attract candidates, manage local hiring events, and ensure riders are fully equipped and ready to work in your city.
- On-the-Ground Sourcing: Travel to transit hubs, apartment complexes, commercial zones, or colleges to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Walk-in Interviews: Conduct immediate, on-the-spot interviews and assessments to evaluate basic riding skills, smartphone literacy, and local route knowledge.
- Document Verification: Collect and authenticate mandatory hiring documents, such as a Driving License, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and bank details.
- Onboarding & Training: Guide new hires through joining formalities, app installation, and initial training regarding delivery protocols and safety guidelines
Ideal Field Recruiter Profile
- Key Skills: Strong negotiation, local area navigation, and excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in blue-collar or high-volume mass hiring is a significant asset

Salary based on your Experience and last Drawn Salary.
