JOB RESPONISIBILTIES
- Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, networking and mobile devices
- Installing operating systems, applications, databases and computer peripherals
- Taking care of hardware infrastructure
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
- Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
- Diagnose IT related problems
- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
- Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support with vendors
- Follow up with users to ensure their systems are functional
- Report customer feedback and potential product requests
- Help create technical documentation and manuals
- CCTV Maintained of All camp
- Regular server maintenance (file server)
- Bill payment of all IT appliance and services
- Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
- Social Media accounts login & updates handling
- Running regular checks on network and data security
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
