Roles & Responsibities:
- Develop and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for company products.
- Create, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns for conversions, traffic, and engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad placements.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.) and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals, copy, and videos.
- Retarget website visitors and create custom/lookalike audiences using Meta Pixel.
- Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads Manager features, policies, and algorithm updates.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align ad strategy with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years of proven experience running Meta Ads for eCommerce or product-based brands.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Suite, and Pixel setup.
- Experience in conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for best performance.
- Strong creative thinking and understanding of consumer behavior.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:.
- Knowledge of other ad platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) is an added advantage.
