An experienced HR Generalist with strong exposure to end-to-end HR operations in a medical/surgical or manufacturing environment. Skilled in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR policies, with a people-first mindset and strong coordination with plant, quality, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, plant, and field roles (sales, production, QA, regulatory, admin)
- Handle onboarding & induction processes ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory acts, ESI, PF, gratuity, and other statutory norms
- Support performance management systems, appraisals, and goal tracking
- Address employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate training & development, GMP awareness, and compliance training
- Assist management with HR analytics, reports, and manpower planning
- Support audits (internal/external) related to HR and compliance
- Promote a positive work culture aligned with quality, safety, and ethics standards
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & HR compliance
- Experience in manufacturing / medical device / pharma / surgical industry preferred
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Hands-on experience with HRMS & MS Excel
- Ability to work closely with production, QA, regulatory, and leadership teams
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- 2–5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist (industry-relevant experience preferred)
