Web Consultant (International Sales – US / UK / Australia Process)
Job Summary:
Proclivity Digitech Pvt Ltd is hiring confident, energetic, and target-driven Web Consultants for International Website Sales Processes across US, UK, and Australia shifts. This role involves outbound B2B sales to international businesses, offering website development, redesign, SEO, and digital marketing services. Candidates should be flexible to work in any of the three shifts based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2B sales calls to businesses in the US, UK, and Australia.
- Pitch website development, website redesign, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable web solutions/packages.
- Build strong client relationships and explain service benefits professionally.
- Handle objections confidently and close sales successfully.
- Maintain CRM updates and daily sales performance reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with website trends, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
- Adapt to different international sales processes and time zones.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO Sales (US/UK/Australia process preferred).
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills (mandatory).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of website development, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Flexible to work in US, UK, or Australia shifts.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced international sales environment.
