Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of our Trichy branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch revenue, managing the sales team, converting leads into customers, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Candidates with experience in the wedding, photography, event management, hospitality, or luxury retail industry are preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive branch sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor the branch sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Generate new business through referrals, walk-ins, lead generation, corporate tie-ups, and local marketing initiatives.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable photography and event service packages.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all enquiries and maintain a high lead conversion rate.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with photography, operations, editing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor branch performance through daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Develop relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, venues, and other business partners to expand the customer base.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining company standards and processes.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
