Job Description
We are looking for an organized and responsible Store Keeper to manage daily store and inventory operations. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, tracking, and dispatching materials while ensuring accurate stock records and smooth material flow to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials as required.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and support timely material availability.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams.
- Update inventory records using ERP/MS Excel.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper handling, identification, and storage of materials.
- Maintain store documentation and support timely dispatch.
- Keep the store organized, clean, and safe.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation or above.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in store keeping, inventory, or warehouse operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing, electrical, electronics, or solar industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components will be an added advantage.
- Good coordination, organization, and communication skills.
