Job Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing end-to-end on-site execution of solar installation projects while ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and safety compliance. The role also includes coordinating and processing customer loan documentation for solar financing, ensuring smooth project execution from approval to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision
- Conduct site surveys before installation.
- Supervise rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations.
- Ensure installation work meets company quality standards and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with installation teams, electricians, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Verify material delivery and maintain inventory records at the site.
- Inspect completed work and resolve any installation-related issues.
- Prepare daily site progress reports with photographs.
2. Solar Loan Processing
- Guide customers through the solar financing process.
- Collect and verify all required loan documents.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and finance partners for loan approvals.
- Track loan applications until disbursement.
- Ensure all documentation complies with lender requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer loan files and approvals.
3. Customer Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact during project execution.
- Provide customers with regular project updates.
- Resolve customer queries related to installation and financing.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, site inspection reports, and completion records.
- Submit daily and weekly progress reports to management.
- Report project delays, risks, or quality concerns promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in solar project execution or site supervision is preferred.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems and installation practices.
- Familiarity with solar loan documentation and financing procedures is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Skills Required

- Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Ability to travel frequently to project sites.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.

This JD is suitable for a solar EPC company where the Site Supervisor is responsible for both site execution and solar loan coordination.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
