Position Overview
We are hiring a HR cum Customer Support Lead to oversee the end-to-end customer interaction journey — from enquiry to service completion. You will play a crucial role in converting leads to orders, managing follow-ups, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Support
- Source and convert service leads into confirmed orders
- Handle customer calls for bookings, enquiries, and order tracking
- Collect and verify customer addresses using map data
- Conduct regular follow-ups, gather feedback, and maintain service quality
- Handle rescheduling or escalation requests efficiently
Daily Coordination & Operations
- Maintain and update Core Status Tracker with all order status
- Coordinate with the execution team for real-time service updates
- Ensure smooth communication flow between customers and service providers
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support / Field Coordination (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Telugu and basic English
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Excel
- Excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude, team player, and ability to handle pressure
