The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical work, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical wiring installation, maintenance, and repair work.
- Install and repair fans, lights, switches, sockets, MCBs, and distribution boards (DBs).
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
- Handle inverter-related electrical work and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide electrical services at customer locations.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain professional behavior and deliver excellent customer service.
- Report completed jobs and service updates through a smartphone application or communication system.
Requirements
- Experience as an Electrician or Electrical Technician.
- Good knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Ability to identify and repair electrical faults.
- Familiarity with electrical tools and safety procedures.
- Own smartphone for receiving and updating job assignments.
- Strong communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.
