Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise / Business Development Manager to expand our network of District / Zone-Level Authorized Partners & Vendors for GeM Portal-based legal and consultancy services.
The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, franchise sales, revenue growth, and partner onboarding & support, ensuring strong business expansion across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate 100+ qualified leads per month
- Identify and build a database of potential clients (consultants, startups, vendors, professionals)
- Promote and sell:
- Franchise business opportunities
- GeM Portal consultancy services
- Legal & compliance service packages
- Convert leads into franchise partners and service clients
- Achieve ₹2.5 Lakhs monthly revenue target
- Handle advance payment collection and follow-ups
- Onboard and manage District/Zone-Level Authorized Partners
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports (leads, conversions, revenue)
Earning Opportunity:
- Fixed Salary + High Incentives
- Opportunity to earn ₹25,000 to ₹75,000+ per month (performance-based)

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Sales & business development mindset
- Lead generation and conversion ability
- Basic knowledge of GeM Portal / Government procurement portals (preferred)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

- Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Prior experience in sales, franchise development, or consultancy is an advantage
