Gathering, researching, and synthesizing diverse information from various sources is a key part of daily activities, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational growth and efficiency.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues that may impact timelines or quality.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Investment Banking.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ATOM (Applied Technology and Operations for Markets).
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
