- Setup and Installation: Assist customers with basic hardware setup, peripheral installation, software configuration, and operating system activation.
- Diagnostics and Repair: Perform initial diagnostics for malfunctioning desktops, laptops, and gadgets; facilitate the repair process or coordinate with certified technicians/service centers.
- Troubleshooting: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support (in-person, phone, or chat) for common hardware issues, software bugs, connectivity problems, and minor operating system failures.
